raleigh festivals that make it feel it's a city with 10 mil ppl

raleigh is really small, with 0.4 mil people, smaller than albuquerque / hamilton, and the state has only 10 mil people.

almost every weekend (sm.teddysc.me) there's some big annual festival going on that particular street downtown that makes it feel it's a city with 10 mil ppl. Because they have no where else to be! It's all trees. :)
